Complaint pest infestations black widows behind chicken coop in rear yard. Arrived on site knocked on door with no answer found weeds and grass front and side yards over 6 inches.. trash and debris through out side yard as seen from neighboring property. Found a chicken coop less than 50 feet away from neighboring property and also signs of extreme amount of spiderwebs will move to notice of violation to out of state owners |
