Arrived on site to unit 22 nobody home, however did talk to the tenant over the phone, states termite company came by on Thursday but no treatment was done. Tried to make contact with management but office was closed called and left a message for them will follow up. Manager called back, they will treat this week that whole block of units. Contract was written up with the termite co. will continue to follow case. |

Back on site for termite infestation call tenant no answer called manager no answer arrived on site and met with the daughter's owner. She allowed me into the unit where I found a termite Tunnel in the ceiling in the master bedroom. States they spoke to management yesterday and company would be coming to treat on Thursday will follow up with management |
