Received a call from communication that T.F.D. on site with a car thru building. Arrived and the car side swipe the front of the building and pushing the wainscot wall with glass on top of the wall into the lobby. The wall is still intact and the glass is not broken. The wall is to the lobby area and the tables with benches were moved and were not anchored and were moved. The exterior of the wall is stucco and the interior is drywall. The ceiling tile were pushed and has cracked tile near the bathroom area entrance. Ceramic tile base board has some peices that are loose on the wall where the wall was pushed. The window frames are loose in some areas. The maintenance from the company did show to the property and will secure the area and stablize the window frame. The store will be able to remain open once the area is cleaned up. The maintenance man did sign all the paper work and will address the repairs and replacement. Did check the lobby area and every thing is working. This property has a permit that is being issued for another issues where a car hit the rear storage room and willl check if this can be added to the permit. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
