| 08/28/2015 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Met with rep. from Western Refining Retail on site to go over the demo on the canopy. The area has been cleaned up and the canopy has been cleaned and all the loose mental or the signage facade has been removed. All the electrical has been removed to the junction boxes on the roof area for the lighting that gave power to the signage portion of the canopy. At this time the fence will be removed to allow more gas pumps to be used. The side will not be allowed to be used and the fencing has to remain in it's place. The south side pumps will not be used due to the dumpster are located and blocking acess to the pumps. Some of the fencing will be installed once the dumpster are removed from the property. They will have the engineers and the architects on site on Monday to check the damage and to check what has to be done to open the south and the north side pumps. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
