MET WITH OWNER CRAIG COURTNEY WHO DID ALLOW ENTRY INTO SUITE #116. I INSPECTED THE FRONT OFFICE TWO ROOMS AND KITCHEN/ BREAK ROOM AND BATHROOM, FOUND NO ELECTRICAL HAZARDS AND FOUND SINK AND CABINETS REMAINED IN THE BREAK ROOM. CRAIG SHOWED ME THE ROOM TO BE LEASED OUT. VISITED SUITE 100 AND FOUND AS THE OWNER EXPLAINED TO ME IT WAS BEING USED FOR STORAGE, IT DID HAVE A WORKING BATHROOM FOR SECURITY TO USE. FOUND SEVERAL ROOMS AND ALL HAD STORAGE. OWNER TOOK ME TO THE WASH AREA WHERE I FOUND HE HAD REMOVED ALL TRASH AND DEBRIS. ALSO OWNER STATED THAT THE FRONT COVERING WILL EVENTUALLY BE TAKEN DOWN BUT WIHTIN A YEARS TIME. COVERING DEFINATELY HAS SEVERAL YEARS OF USE. NO VIOLATIONS / CLOSE CASE.
