Complaint work without permits gas lines and walls being replaced. Arrived on site met with tenant manager walked me through the area states nothing has changed in the interior of the building. However did put in a new water heater. Walk me to the exterior of the property and found a new hot water heater had been installed no record of permit will give notice of violation for permit |
