No signage or activity at location at time of inspection indicating a business.There are three (3) detached accessory structures over 200 sq ft each in rear yard - two sheds and covered patio; there is an expired 2005 permit for one shed. The rooftop HVAC on main structure has been replaced without permit sometime after March 2011. NOV to be issued for residential work without permit and residential storage violation. |
