The permit has been issued, T15CM05944 on 8-26-15 and finaled on 9-3-15. Did call the contractor and they are not doing the street patch and the responsibility of the H.O.A. Will get the phone number on Monday to call the H.O.A. representative. Will check in 10 days. RV.
08/25/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved AS INSTRUCTED BY SUPERVISION I RETURNED TO THE PROPERTY SLIGHTLY BEFORE 3PM. I FOUND 4 PLUMBERS HAD TAPED OFF THE AREA TO BLOCK VEHICULAR TRAFFIC. THERE WAS A LARGE HOLE ABOUT 4' x 3' x 24" IN DEPTH. THE 2.5" WATER LINE FEEDING ALL 18 PROPERTIES WAS ALREADY BEING REPAIRED AND WATER WAS BEING TURNED ON TO TEST THE CONNECTION. THE CONNECTION WAS HOLDING. I ASKED IF THEY HAD PULLED A PERMIT PER MY SUPERVISION REQUEST AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD PULL IT FIRST THING TOMORROW MORNING. I CONTACTED MY SUPERVISION AND HE CONTACTED A SENIOR INSPECTOR TO ASSIST. CONTRACTOR DID PROMPTLY LEAVE THE SITE TO OBTAIN A PERMIT.
