Met with the manager and went over the banners lacking a permit. Has several banners and not facing the street on some of the banners. The manager called the owner and checking for the permit and not able to find any permits. Has a metal awning and will check for a permit. The manager signed the N.O.V. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
