Visited site, met tenant, inspected, found as follows, there was a two foot by two foot hole in the ceiling,there was moisture dripping from the sheetrock, the air handler was leaking also.wrote notice of violation, met manager on site, explained the notice of violation on unit 128, had manager sign for and gave a copy,gave twenty four hours to abate. |
