This was reported by the PM and upon inspection I did witness the elec.meter for unit 1112 was blue tagged by TEPCO. I attempted contact with the occupant however there was no answer at the door. I visited the leasing office and spoke with the manager. I explained I would need to make contact with the occupant to issue a short notice to have the electicity restored lest I would be forced to condemn the unit and have the occupant removed until such time as the power is restored. I advised I would return tomorrow morning and attempt again,. |
