DAMAGE WAS ACTUALLY MINIMAL TO THE OFFICE, TWO DOORS AND DOOR OPENINGS WERE DAMAGED, THE CORNER NEXT TO THE DOORS, 2 STUDS WERE DISPLACED FROM THE BOTTOM PLATE, AND ABOUT ONE SHEET OF DRYWALL DAMAGE, AND THREE CEILING TILES. AFTER INSPECTING THE AMOUNT OF DAMAGE I DETERMINED THAT A PERMIT WAS NOT REQUIRED. SPOKE TO MANAGER LISA AND MAINTANENCE PERSON JEFFWHO BOTH STATED THEY DO ALOT OF THERE OWN REMODELING, JEFF FELT BY THE TIME HE ORDERED MATERIALS AND COMPLETED THE WORK THAT HE WOULD BE COMPLETED WEDNESDAY 8/19. A NOV WAS ISSUED TO REPAIR DAMAGED DOORS, DRYWALL, CEILING TILES AND PAINT. PRIOR TO LEAVING THE CLEAN UP WAS STARTED AND NEAR COMPLETION. |
