General contractor on site. I informed him all works needs to stop. He tried to say no new walls went in, but it was obvious there was. New work to include new walls, plumbing, electrical, mechanical. Took pictures of the interior and exterior. Second crew working was asked to stop work. New electrical wiring in walls was energized. Wiring date stamped Nov 03-14. |
