The house is vacant and unsecured. The rear sliding glass door where boarded up before is opened, the side bedroom windows are opened towards the rear of the house. Has tall grass and weeds with trash and debris though out including the alley. Had a fire in the rear of the house at the porch that has a few rafters still in place and lacking the sheathing to support the frame. A dead tree in the front of the house has fallen and sticking over the masonry wall with wrough iron and into the sidewalk area and into the street. Did talk to the neighbors and they are having trouble with people going in and out of the house. The family has not been in the house for some time and has a posting from the bank on the front window. Did call the phone number on the card with no luck of possesion of the house with the bank. The tree was cut while on site with all the cuttings placed in the front yard. Was not able to make contact with the owner listed or any of the bank phone numbers for the house. Will go to office to check for more info on the owners. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
