Found a banner on the east side of the building near the top of the parapet wall. Did do a posting of the N.O.V. on the glass door and the owner of the business showed on the property. Does have posters on the front window and went over that a permit is required if they are to remain on the window. Did go over hanging the poster on the interior of the building and not touching the glass. He was going to check on hanging the posters on the interior to keep the signs. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
