Met with the manager and had a 2-banner signs in the front entrance on metal frames. The banners will be removed. Will check on the flag poles in the front of the structures and the flags are not advertizing with only colors on the flags. Did serve the N.O.V. to the manager and she signed. Will check in 10 days.
