TO THE WEST OF MRS COX'S PROPERTY WAS A EMPTY LOT, IT APPEARED TO BE RECENTLY CLEARED, SO I ASSUMED THE LEAK WOULD BE TO THE PROPERTY EAST OF 626 W PELAAR. I CHECKED WHERE THE WATER BOX WAS AT NEAR THE STREET, AND IT LINED UP UP WITH THE EAST SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE APPROX. 34 FT FROM THE WALL TO THE NEIGHBORING PROPERTY. THERE WERE NO HOSE BIBS AND NO EVIDENCE OF WATER LINES IN THE AREA, ALL HOSE BIBS CAME UP AT THE FRONT NEAR THE DOOR AND NEAR THE BACK OF THE HOUSE BY THE REAR PORCH. THERE WAS A PLANTING AREA LINED WITH ROCK ALONG THE PARTING FENCE ON MRS COX' SIDE AND I FOUND A SMALL PATCH OF GRASS ON THE NEIGBORS SIDE (EAST OF THE PARTING FENCE. WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF MONSOONS AT THE TIME OF MY INSPECTION AND NO SUPPORTING EVIDENCE THAT THERE IS A LEAK IN THE AREA CAUSED BY WATER LINES INCORRECTLY INSTALLED. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE.
