At site spoke to owner, Thomas. He had shown me the northeast corner of his home, a bedroom and a bathrrom. The two rooms have been stripped down to the studs due to termite damage. No interior remodeling has been done. He has hired an architect, Mr. Enoch, to draw up plans to add an addition to the home to make their bedroom larger with a master bathroom. I explained that he would need to call the zoning department about the addition. F/U 60 days. |
