At site, spoke to owner and tenant. The tenant stated that he was moving out by the end of the month and didn't want the owner is his apartment. The owner repaired the drip edge and hole in the carports, junction boxes, water heater, secured the north wall and labeled the panel box. F/U 30 days. |
