At site, spoke to tenant, Alan. Crack around security door jamb, light coming through around the door, weather stripping missing on hinge side. The cooktop exhaust fan has been disconnected and dusassambled. In utilily room the ceiling light is not secured to the ceiling. Green bonding/grounding wire is attached to the Hot water pipe. Breakers in panel box not labeled. Roof rafer with termite damage located at the rear porch area. The rear porch privacy wall on the north side of home is not secured and can be pushed over. The Laundry room panel box in not labeled and needs a blank plate over the open breaker space. The water heater T/P valve connection is reduced to 1/2 copper pipe and does not drain at the floor. In front of the home the grounding wire is broken. Several outlet boxes and junction boxes are missing wire connectors and/or connector plugs/ covers. There is a junction box on the north side exposed to the weather, the box is not a constructed for wet locations. The carport on the south side has roof sheathing damage. The carport on the Northeast side has damage at the drip edge. |
