Spoke to the owner on site and the neighbor and they are working with each other to get permission for the set backs on the sheds and work shop. Both owner signed papers give then the ok for the current set back as there are. Both can go forward with getting permits |

This shed built over 10 years ago back when the city had the 200 Sq Ft for a permit. It will still need a zoning review but will not need a permit for the shed. |
