There is an evaproative cooler on top of the structure indicating it may occupied as a dwelling unit. In addition the structure is severely dilapidated with the wood siding and fascia boards being unprotected from the elements of weather and rotting. The structure appears to be encroaching into the required minimum setback of 6' from the property line. The rear yard has overgrown vegetation and weeds. There is also miscellaneous refuse and debris strewn about the rear yard.
