I inspected the property and found that a water heater was installed and a rear porch was enclosed with-out the proper permits, also found a few other issues like ( missing dome's for lights, missing covers for outlet's, water leaking from fan in kitchen, Some electrical in the front and rear of the property not done up to code, some infestation of roaches and AC unit not working properly. will be sending notice in the mail. |
