On site at vacant lot with another inspector. Spoke to owner's cousin. Two 5th wheelers have been removed. Inform him that the dead palm tree must be removed. The van, three VW Bugs and other items cannot be stored on the vacant lot. Posted on the fence notice to vacate. He sign the notice to vacate and notice of violations for UDC Sec. 10.2.3 and T.C. 16-13 (A-5). Follow up in 10 days. |
