Complaint cars around the front yard and front easement area, backyard with car parts and miscellaneous items through a front yard automotive mechanic shop in running out of home.. Inspection arrived onsite met with owner walk me through the property front easement had a pile of mulch and a vehicle parked on it not allowing for a 4 foot easement. Four cars in the driveway all in running condition claims all are his. 2 more vehicles on curb states one his and one a friend of his were in running condition. Did not see him or evidence supporting he was working on vehicles Check front yard to find it neatly landscape no issues, owner allowed me into rear yard also night nicely landscaped at all will move to notice of violation for the easement issues , and follow up...
