Spoke with the owner. She claims that the area belongs to the City of Tucson. She stated there's a pipe underneath there that causes these weeds to grow. She says there's a work order to come clean it. I told her to give them a call with this information. She refused to sign the hand delivered in NOV. She did accept the copy but did not sign. |
