Occupant still present at unit 10 without electric ultility, posting had been removed; unit 7 was determined also occupied without electric utility, posted; tenant at unit 10 was able to produce confirmation from TEP that utility would be activated on 8/4/15; unable to gain access or determine utility at 19. TPD was called to location to assist with posting of units; manager declined to assist. Accumulation of refuse on front ROW and rear property near refuse container; window on unit 5 broken. Copies of all NOVs including refuse/window, was delivered to owner's place of business. |
