08/04/2015 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Complaint claims that there is water service line running under the home and the park is doing nothing about it. Think it's possibly hooked up to an irrigation backflow. Arrived on site along with inspector Goodman met with tenant of the property showed us the north side of the trailer where she described the area was saturated and the ground was sinking. Did not find anything to support that, ground was dry. Walked around the rear of the trailer and found a condensation line running from underneath the trailer via a pvc pipe. Ground was only wet in a tiny area off of that line. Walked around the south end of the trailer again found nothing wet or saturated as she describes. While on site Al Coronado Plumbing & service arrived on site tenant also called them we walk the grounds together and again found nothing saturated or wet. At this time trailer management showed up along with the maintenance supervisor nothing was found. Was allowed into the trailer by the husband of the tenant who called checked both the kitchen and bathroom sinks found nothing out of the ordinary. Al Coronado was going to do a complete leak test on the unit and would call me if anything he found out of the ordinary. Will meet with manager in a couple days to get paperwork of associated plumbers that were called out to this unit |
