At site, spoke to owners mother, Elsie. Explained issues of refuse in the alleyway, between rear wall and fence and front yard. The fence in the front is in need of repair. There is overgrown grass and weeds on the front east and west side of the home. Storage/refuse items in the front of home. Found no work without permits or elctrical wires. F/U 10 days. |
