Received a call from Anna that a call came in for sewage on the ground from a broken line sewer line. The property is a trailer park and unit #11 and unit #6 are vacant and secured. Did have a maintenance worker on the property and was cleaning the tall grass and weeds in-between the trailer and found the broken sewer line. The top of the pipe was broken in the middle of the 2-trailers. There is no water on at this time to either trailer and the bathroom or the kitchens are not being used due to they are vacant. Had no water draining from the pipe but could see the break in the line. The worker was going to complete the clean up of the area and had someone coming to look at the break to go and get the material to make the needed repairs. The manager is new to the park and just took over the trailer park just recently. Did check the other trailers and found no other leaks from the sewer lines. Will check in 5 days. RV. |
