VISITED SITE, PROPERTY IN QUESTION IS A CORNER PROPERTY, I CHECKED SIDEWALK AREA ON BOTH STREETS. ALL TREES HAVE BEEN PROPERLY TRIMMED UP AND BACK, SAME WITH THE SHRUBS. VEGETATION CLOSER TO THE SIDEWALK HAS BEEN TRIMMED STAIGHT UP AND IS NOT OVERHANGING ONTO THE SIDEWALK. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE. |
