Called tenant yesterday (0729/15) to make an appointment to visit the site no answer left message for him to call me back. Onsite today 7/30 /15 knocked on door no answer at the apartment.. called and left another message with the tenant. Stopped and talked to management they have already send two maintenance guys, plus the manager herself in regards to the drain found no issue with the drain, manager still had maint disassembly the trap and it as cleared , satisfy tenant. If tenant does not call within 24 hours will move to close out my case |
