Posted the unit with do not enter and emergency abatement notice. Maintenance management signed notice in order indemnification form. Called the owner of the unit and informed him of the situation. I yelled to the door and let them know that if anybody is there after 5 p.m. they can be arrested then I will be notifying Tucson Police Department. The owner stated the tenant had a dispute with Tucson Electric Power over the bill that's why the powers been shut off. |
