The property has a painted sign on the front and is part of the building. The sign has no permit. Did make contact with the owner of the business and tried to explain the permits that are needed on the property. Will meet in the office to go over the requirements of the permits needed for the signs. Did have a light that was for the sign and that was asked to be removed due to not shielded and amid toward the sky. Had an open sign the lite up and was on the exterior of the window. Did have the sign removed and advised that the open sign needs to be on the interior of the structure. Will meet with the owner tomorrow. RV. |
