FOLLOWED UP ON PROPERTY. SPOKE TO OWNER EARLIER IN THE DAY AND GAVE HIM TO 3PM TO COMPLETELY SECURE THE ENTIRE BLDG. ALSO ADVISED HIM THAT IF WE COME BACK TO THE BLDG THIS AFTERNOON AND FIND THE BLDG STILL UNSECURED WE WILL SECURE THE BLDG AND CHARGE HIM THE COST FOR SECURING THE BLDG. |

Will make contact with owner to have buidling secured by 3pm today. Posted at property notice of violation (notice of emergency abatement and order to vacate. Will mail copy of notice that was posted and notice for refuse, debris and graffiti. |
