On site at vacant business with supervisor. Refuse and debris in rear of property and inside of building. Graffiti on the south side, west side and north side of buidling. Graffiti on garbage can enclosure in rear of property. Building is not secure, two doors on the south side of buidling are not locked. Front door is open and missing one of the doors. Rear of buidling storage area door and north side door are open. Appears people are staying in the buidling. Will make contact with owner. Follow up in 10 days. |
