08/25/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Posters and banner are still in place. They have not gone to get the permit. Did N.O.V. and the worker refused to sign the N.O.V. Did leave a copy with the worker and will check tomorrow. RV.
07/30/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the workers and went over that the banner needs to have the bottom cut or placed under the bottom or tucked under the banner to where not hanging past the soffit. Went over the poster signs requiring a permit and they called the manager. Did measure the poster signs and they were 2' x 4'. They brought up the 6 s.f. and went over that on the signage on the door and the other smaller signs. Went over that they count that as combine signage but has to be under 6 s.f. and that they count the smaller signs of total s.f. and only for the smaller signs. The manager will get the permit for the poster signs by tomorrow. Will check in 5 days. RV.
