Found where the exterior doors are not sealed or lacking locking devices, windows are hard to open or are stuck with some painted shut, the plumbing is leaking under the sink, the drawer fronts are missing in several areas, missing globes on several light fixtures, outlets and light fixtures are missing coverplates, lacking smoke detectors, lacking heat to the unit, holes in the drywall in several areas, vents lacking on ceiling for the cooler, stucco falling off on the exterior wall on the north side at the bottom areas, dead front lacking on the exterior electrical panel, water heater has wood touching the vent pipe on the rear of the unit, pressure relief line is lacking at T.P.R. valve, metal box is lacking outlet or a coverplate, lacking light bulbs in some fixtures, and will need to be checked once these have been completed.
