Inspection revealed two banners on the north face of the building, one of which is covering an illuminated wall sign for a business no loncer in operation at the address. In addition there is a pole sign which contains two signs, one has two banners affixed to the east and west faces. The banners were permitted for R&R Family Kitchen however the permit has long since expired. There is another sign on the pole advertising for J&J Automotive on the east face of the sign and the west face has no insert. Presently there is no sign regulation fee being paid for this address and pole sign. Will send NOV for all violations. |
