Visited site, met tenanat on site, inspected, found as follows, the front door was letting the outdoor elements inside unit,roof leaking in several places ,one in the living room, the other in the bedroom,roof is deteriorated on the eve's,windows are missing opening devices and locking hardware,roach infestation inside unit, also the palm tree needs trimming on the exterior.Owner arrived on the property and explained the violations on the property, also explained to him that I was going to write a notice of violation for the violations and would have a time frame, will write the notice of violation |
