Interior inspection showed: kitchen drain clogged; kitchen cabinets have damage and evidence of pest infestation with hole in walls, bottom of cabinet; west door has large gap and missing tile near bottom; kitchen and main room ceiling deteriorated; sliding door does not lock; screen door does not slide; east room window is screwed shut and is missing hand cranks; door in same room has sliding lock which does not operate correctly; bathroom walls have deterioration and a hole exposing plumbing; evaporative cooler is leaking water which is running down roof into back yard; rear gate is dilapidated and not sound; accumulation of refuse in abutting rear alley of parcel; stove is not fully operational. |
