At site, spoke to tenant, Arron. He stated that they were moving out this weekend. Smoke detectors in hallway and living room not working. Hallway bathrrom has no cold water. Valve to water cooler is missing turn knob. Yellow tag from Southwest gas on furnance. Outlets covers missing from recepticles. Outlet in rear bedroom is pulled from the electrical box. Small bathroom; sink drains slowly. Electric water heater on southside, no permit. Large hole on the side of electrical panel. Electrical panel not labeled. Rear garage converted into dwelling unit.
