Arrived on site for follow up did not see any workers are TEP on site. Met with management states TEP did not get complete notification and needed more paperwork from management before shutdown. all paperwork was wrapped up today with TEP and management TEP will be out tomorrow to shut power and the electrician to do his job .. unit is still vacant called and spoke to tenant advise her of todays situation. will follow up tomorrow |

arrived on site met with manager.. all was done this morning units are all up and running , city inspector final the permit. called and spoke to the electrical contractor all was done all is up and running and also verified the city inspector passed everything. Management was going to contact tenant and they would remove the placards once the tenant comes back will close out case |
