Met with maintenance man on site already knew of the situation on this unit. States breaker is going bad and the voltage is fluctuating already has gotten with the electrical contractor for this complex will be switching out the Breakers for unit 217.. Caolled and spoke with the electrician states TEP has to come in to cut power to that bank of meters for him to take care of the bad breaker already has a call into them and also a permit to do the work trying to get it done by Monday. supervisor on site with inspector move to close down unit. because of the hazardous fluctuation of voltage to the unit. Management already had given tenant another unit to use, and maintenance would move the tenants bed however tenant refused and would make arrangements on her own. posted notice an unfit to occupy posting app front window. breakers to the unit were shut off by the maintenance crew. will follow up on Monday |
