Arrived on site again to unit 19. No vehicles on property knocked on door no answer. Called number provided in the work order for tenant was disconnected. Called and left a message for the manager as well, manager called back and states she got my message last week and had maint man fix the leak by the cooler area, ceiling was sagging and was taken care of too. still neg. contact with tenant, manager states all was taken care if there is anything else that needs her attention just call her . |
