Visited site, met tpd on site, inspected, foundas follows, there was a main beam that was broken due to the weight of the water retension on the roof,had broken the one and a half inch water line that supplies the sprinkler system , met manager on site, explained the violation and that he needed to secure a contractor for the repairs of the support structure and have permits secured and recieve inspections and a final, gave thirty days to abate,wrote notice of violation, had manager sign and gave a copy |
