On site at vacant lot. Weeds and grass that exceed 6 inches on property. Graffiti on rear wall. About 3 people living on the lot. They have shelters made of scrap metal and tarps. Spoke to one man and informed him they could not be living on the empty lot. Follow up in 10 days. |
