Visited site, met TFD on site, found as follows there was a grease fire that set the ansul system off, Pima County Health and Southwest Gas was also there, the requirement for the Pima County health was to dispose of all exposed product, also they are to take apart and clean all cooking appliances and serving utensils, Southwest Gas had did a pressure test at the meter to the appliance, passed, I wrote notice of violation for the ansul system and the gas line from the flex to the appliance due to the cleaning off the appliances, also found in front of the commercial water heater were boxes,papers,cart that are a potential fire hazard, contacted assistant manager, explained the notice of violation, had him sign, gave a copy, gave zero days to abate. |
