No one home and was able to go through the alley and check the tree. Does have a large tree in the rear yard with the branches and limbs high off the ground. Some of the branches have platforms where they stay or moved to on different branches. No walls or coverings have been placed on the platforms. Does have an extension ladder to get up into the tree. Did leave a card on the door with the phone numbers to call. Did meet with Russlyn from zoning and due to have only platforms at this time nothing will be done. There are no issues that will require a permit or review from Planning and Development Services Department. Will call or meet with the owner to have the ladder removed when not in use. RV. |
