The property is City of Tucson property under Section 8 and have been notified of the issues on the property. Did talk to the tenant and they are getting bids to repair or replace the wood fencing. The tenant did not know the status of the bids. While on the property did find where some of the wooden slats had fallen on the ground in the rear yard with the nails up. Will call the Section 8 department to check on the status. Did call the ward office to let know that the house is under the City of Tucson Section 8 department and they will be working on the repairs. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
